  • Partial payments already received are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of Services without further notice.

SECTION 10 – CLIENT CONTENT

Clients retain ownership of all original materials supplied to Webeto, including but not limited to:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Documents
  • Brand assets
  • Product information
  • Marketing content
By providing such materials, the client confirms that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use them.

The client agrees to indemnify Webeto against any claims arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights relating to client-supplied content.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Webeto, including but not limited to:

SECTION 13 – PAYMENTS, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

  • UPI (where applicable)
  • Other authorized payment methods approved by Webeto
Clients are responsible for:

  • International banking fees
  • Wire transfer fees
  • Withholding taxes imposed by their jurisdiction
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

SECTION 14 – REFUND POLICY

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement:

  • Milestone payments are non-refundable for completed work.
  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable after the service period has commenced.

Third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registrations, hosting fees, software licenses, advertising spend, payment gateway fees, and subscription charges, are non-refundable.

SECTION 15 – CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public business information disclosed during the course of the engagement.

  • Credentials

Neither party shall disclose Confidential Information to any third party except:

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining paid licenses after project handover where required.

SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webeto, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Subject to the above, the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services provided by Webeto.

They supersede all prior oral or written discussions, understandings, negotiations, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter.
